A foldable Alertamat crash mat placed beside the bed to cushion falls, with a built-in wireless transmitter that alerts carers when a fall occurs.
The Alertamat Crash Mat is placed next to the bed to reduce injury if the user falls, and alerts carers when a fall happens. Sensor pads and a wireless transmitter are built into the foam and connect to the Alerta Wall Point Receiver, either linked to a nurse call system or giving local alerts on its own. This helps prevent someone lying on the floor undetected after a fall. The mat is quick to position, has a wipe clean PU surface and a genuine non-slip base, and folds in half for storage and transport. The Wall Point Receiver is sold separately.
