The Wireless Alerta Button reassures users that help is at hand: pressing its large, easy to press button raises an alarm so carers can check what the user needs. A wall mountable holder keeps it in one place for bed-bound users and makes it easier for people living with dementia to remember where it is. It can be worn on the wrist with the silicone strap, or around the neck on the safety lanyard, and can be worn in the shower. Please assess each user’s suitability before using the lanyard, as there is a potential risk of asphyxiation or restricted blood flow. It must be used with an Alerta Wall Point Receiver.
