A wireless heat alarm for locations where smoke detection may be unsuitable, such as kitchens or dusty areas. It provides a local audible warning and an alert to compatible receiving equipment.
The Cair Standard Heat Detector responds to rising heat rather than smoke, making it suitable for selected areas where cooking fumes or dust could cause unwanted smoke alarms. Activation produces an audible warning and a radio message. The unit includes a large test button, LED indication and silence controls. The separate Heat+ model provides interlinking with Cair Smoke+ and Heat+ alarms.
