Who can claim VAT relief?
You may qualify if, you have a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial, long-term impact on your ability to manage everyday activities.
You have a condition recognised by the medical profession as a chronic illness, such as diabetes or epilepsy. If you have a terminal illness.
Being older does not, on its own, qualify you for this relief. Temporary injuries or short-term conditions, such as a broken leg, do not qualify either. You do not need to be registered disabled or receive disability benefits to be eligible. Further details are available in HMRC’s VAT relief guidance.

How to request VAT relief
Please complete the declaration below if you would like to request VAT relief for an upcoming order or an order you have already placed with Sensorium.
Your declaration provides the information we need to assess your request. Once we have confirmed that you and the products qualify, we can arrange for VAT relief to be applied or refund any VAT incorrectly charged on eligible items. If we need any further details, we’ll contact you.
