The One Call Point with IR Receiver acts as a room hub that pairs with mobile infra-red pendants, letting residents move around with confidence. High power infra-red identifies the caller’s location and user name precisely. Calls are prioritised automatically to tell staff where help is needed, and each point is programmed with its own address and user name. It is needed for the One IR Pendant (ONE-182).
